QNS: Where are you guys based?

ANS: We are a Singapore based setup which enables us to serve our local customers effectively.


QNS: How do I know which size fits me?

ANS: Please refer to our sizing guide to determine which size would fit you best. In the instance our shoes do not fit as well as you had hoped, please email us at orders@scofieldshoes.com to arrange for an exchange or return.


QNS: How do I pay?

ANS: We accept several forms of payment below:

Visa, Mastercard – Payment would be made through Paypal gateway

Bank Transfer – Please contact us at orders@scofieldshoes.com to order shoes via bank transfer.


QNS: How will my shoes be delivered?

ANS: All our shoes are delivered by Singpost Registered Mail.


QNS: How much does delivery cost?

ANS: For orders within Singapore, delivery cost for the first pair of shoes is SGD6.00. Each pair after the first will cost an additional SGD5.00.

For international orders, delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.


QNS: How long will my shoes take to reach me?

ANS: Upon payment, we will deliver the shoes to the post office on the next working day. For orders within Singapore, you should be able to receive the shoes within the next 3 working days.

Please take note that International Orders would generally take much longer to reach depending on location.


QNS: Do you accept orders outside of Singapore?

ANS: As we are still trying our best to connect to our local customers, we apologise for not being able to accept orders from other countries for now.
However, due to numerous enquiries we will be accepting orders from our neighbouring country, Malaysia. Please take note that due to shipping challenges, we apologise for not being able to facilitate exchanges outside of Singapore. Orders to Malaysia may also be subject to local taxes that we have no control over.


QNS: Do you accept cash on delivery?

ANS: We do not accept cash on delivery. However, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Kindly email us at orders@scofieldshoes.com to make an enquiry.


QNS: Would you restock the models after they are sold out?

ANS: We are constantly trying to bring in new designs and materials, and it is unlikely that we will repeat an available design soon.




RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


Return of Merchandise (Within Singapore)

We would gladly refund any item if it does not fit you, or is not up to your expectations. However the shoes must be in its brand new, unused, undamaged condition.We reserve the right to reject refunds if the shoes show signs of wear such as, but not limited to;

i) scratches.
ii) marks on the sole.
iii) stretching or creases in the leather.
iiii) other signs of general wear and tear.

The shoes must also be in its original packaging. For more details, email us at orders@scofieldshoes.com.

All such refunds will be collected by Scofield Shoes. If payment was made via Paypal, then the refund would be made through Paypal as well.

Exchange of Merchandise (Within Singapore)

Due to the unique nature of our company practices, we will only allow one free exchange after purchase. We reserve the right to administer delivery charges for subsequent exchanges. All such exchanges  will be collected by Scofield Shoes.

Due to shipping challenges, we apologise for not being able to facilitate refunds and exchanges for orders outside of Singapore.
